防静电跨接线原来是这样的，你了解吗？

管道跨接线是用铜编织线作为软连接导体，两头压接OT管子后运用液压或冲床冷压而成的防静电跨接线。既然知道是防静电做跨接的，那么在管道中防静电有些什么要求和规范呢？跨接线一般都是用作防静电接地的连接线，规格技术参数都可以视情况而定。




材质一般有纯铜（T2紫铜）和铜包铝或者不锈钢等，很显然纯铜（T2紫铜）材质要比铜包铝和不锈钢的好，铜包铝线是以铝芯线为主体，外面镀一定比率的铜层的电线，该种电线的主要性能和功能是传输信号，其流过的电流很小。




T2紫铜（纯铜）又分为裸紫铜和镀锡紫铜，两者相比，镀锡紫铜比裸紫铜耐氧化性能好一点之外，其他用途和特征是一样的，裸紫铜是裸铜本色，镀锡紫铜则为锡白色。若用于一般防静电场所T2紫铜的跨接线6平方和10平方就够用的。
