电刷线又叫铜电刷线，是用于电机、电器及仪表线路上联接用的软联接线。它属于铜绞线的一种，由铜丝绞合而成。
电刷线外层的绞向普遍向右，除非供需双方有签订协议，相邻层的绞向应当相反。内层绞合节径比不大于12，外层绞向节径比8-10。绞线的节径比不大于25。
电刷线的制作工艺也很重要，金桥铜业在加工过程中经过退火处理，使电刷线柔软、弯折性好、不断股、不缺股，产品符合国标、国际电工委员会IEC 标准，质量可靠，使用安全。
有少数客户在收到电刷线的产品后，反映电刷线的颜色不对，其实这是因为软处理所引发的表面氧化现象，对电刷线本身没有影响。
